My desire is to see people achieve connection and intimacy with themselves, initially, in order to facilitate deeper relationships with those around them, including partners, spouses, lovers, friends, family and other loved ones.  I have a strong interest in integrative approaches to relationship counselling, sex therapy, and individual counselling which includes holistic approaches to concerns around sexuality.

As a sex therapist I draw on a number of approaches including tantric practices, breathing and connection practices, and self enquiry methods, all of which may further improve therapeutic outcomes, resulting in a more energetic disposition and renewed zest for life.

Coming to see me for a sex therapy or relationship counselling session may result in an expanded or alternative perception on any issues you may be experiencing in your life, from intimate relationships to family relationships and friendships; which may create an empowered and enlightened understanding of yourself with a broader perspective regarding your life.

I am committed to my own personal and professional growth along with spiritual development. This means that I undertake external mentorship to broaden my skills and proficiencies as a sex therapist and relationship counsellor. I believe that my sensitive understanding of relationship negotiation processes enhance my ability to perceive situations pragmatically, while recommending practical behavioural exercises assist in sustaining personal growth.

My vocation as a sex therapist is my life’s passion and I look forward to assisting my clients with their current concerns.
